The beans that go into this chocolate come from Zorzal Cacao, an agroforestry project that sits within a bird sanctuary in the northern mountains of the Dominican Republic. This abundant natural habitat produces an exceptional cacao that is ethically grown and harvested.
The result is a superb chocolate exhibiting a fine balance between sweetness, fruit and just a hint of bitterness.
