The cacao in this chocolate is from the Kokoa Kamili fermentary. Situated high in Tanzania’s beautiful Udzungwa Mountains National Park, it is an area of abundant wildlife. Kokoa Kamili works with close to 3000 small farmers, ensuring a fair and premium price for their crop.
It's this extraordinary cacao that gives this bar its multi-layered flavour profile.
