This bar features cacao cultivated in the highly fertile Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam. The delta is home to one of the most bio diverse ecosystems on the planet and that is reflected in the fine flavour cacao grown here.
The Tien Giang fermentary works with small family owned farms providing them with technical and financial assistance to ensure a high crop quality.
