The 70% Philippines dark chocolate made from cacao beans grown in Davao, is one of our more popular chocolates.
To this favourite we have added black raisins that were soaked for a few weeks in a light rum.
The result is a moreish dark chocolate. With plump and juicy raisins that yield a warm and caramelly rum flavour.
